I know, I know, I never post anymore... I've mostly only had time to add each book to my reading list as I've finished it. Here's a bit of a catch up of my reading year, anyway.

In the end I read 132 books this year.

17 graphic novels;
2 non-fiction, non-reading list books;

Adult fiction:
8 traditional fantasy; 6 straight sci-fi; 5 unusual fantasy; 6 detective/spy stories; 10 old school stories; 8 chick-lit; 5 semi-memoirs; 3 steampunk; 2 historical fiction; and 22 other fiction;

YA fiction:
4 YA fiction; 11 YA traditional fantasy, including all 7 Harry Potter books; 14 YA urban fantasy; 8 YA sci-fi, with one re-read;

And 1 'I Capture the Castle', which is one of my very favourite books and refuses to fit into a section!
